Fishing in the moonlight

Fishing was so painful. We headed up to our old secret fishing spot up in Jordon over the weekend. Its about an hour drive south of Toronto. Actually its not much of a secret...its just that its really hard and a bit dangerous to get to; its located directly under a highway and the only way to get there is to park the car on the highway, unload all your things, climb the highway fence and then walk along side the highway until you find a steep incline that would lead you under the bridge. anyways, it was hard enough just to get there on foot but this time, it was the first time i went with jenny's family and it must of been her ENTIRE FAMILY cause there were 11 people!

My back hurts just thinking about all the stuff that they took with them. It wasn't so much going fishing but it was more like they were getting ready to set up a restaurant/hotel under the bridge. They took along pots and pans, utensils for an army, a giant carpet, 5 inflatable matrices, 4 chairs, A FRIKEN TABLE, 3 case of beer/water, a giant tent basically everything except a kitchen sink. As for food, we had strawberries, cherries, many deserts, lobsters, GIANT SNAILS?, chicken/quail, skiskabob (my fave), bread, ham, cheese...anyways you get the point it was crazy. Oh and guess who had the lucky opportunity of carrying all that stuff down...ya you would think with 11 people they would help a little sigh but for the most part it was just me and phu that did the grunt work. I got hurt pretty badly tripping on the sharp rocks thanks to this dude that was supposed to be helping me carry.

Once everything was setup it was actually really fun. I had a really great time hanging out with jenny and her family. We ended up catching tons of fish that night and for all my hard work i got a flower...lol.
